essDOCS User Support
Our aim is to provide outstanding support to all customers. We currently support all our users in-house out of our UK offices.
Support is provided on the following basis:
- CargoDocs electronic Bills of Lading (eB/Ls), eUCP and BPO – 24/7/365
- CargoDocs electronic Barge Receipts (eBRs) – 24/7/365
- TraceDocs, eSDS, Barge Trader solutions – 9:00-17:00 Monday-Friday (UK time excluding regional holidays)
Our live Support Team is supplemented by training videos, user guides, our proprietary eLearning platform CargoDocs Academy, quick guides and other resources which are all readily available via web.
